About the Role
Pi Health is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to drive the development of innovative solutions that empower clinical trial stakeholders and improve research efficiency. In this role, you will translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements, rapidly prototype solutions, and guide cross-functional teams toward successful delivery. You will play a key role in shaping our roadmap by leveraging both direct customer feedback and your deep understanding of the clinical research technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Customer & Stakeholder Insight
- Partner closely with engineering, customer success, implementation, and external customers to deeply understand customer workflows, unmet needs, and contractual/operational obligations
- Translate these insights into clear, actionable product requirements, user stories, and engineering priorities
Product Definition & Prototyping
- Draft, prototype, and iterate on product concepts to facilitate rapid customer and internal feedback cycles
- Validate proposed solutions with stakeholders and incorporate learnings into the product roadmap
Strategic & Competitive Expertise
- Provide expert guidance on the competitive landscape, benchmarking key solution capabilities, and advising on product positioning within the clinical research ecosystem
- Stay informed about evolving industry trends, regulations, and standards that may shape Pi Health's product direction
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with architectural vision
- Support customer-facing teams through product training, launch materials, and internal communication of updates
- Contribute to long-term product planning and influence strategic decisions with data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in a software company, with a track record of delivering successful products end-to-end
- 2+ years product management experience in the B2B clinical trial or clinical research technology space, with strong familiarity with relevant workflows, customer types, and industry solutions
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and customer-facing teams
- Strong skills in product discovery, requirements drafting, prototyping, and stakeholder communication
- Ability to synthesize customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints into clear product direction
Nice to Have
- Experience working on compliance-sensitive products in highly regulated environments (e.g., GxP)
- Familiarity with vibe coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Replit, Lovable) and rapid prototyping techniques
- Background in data-driven decision-making and product analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
